I bought a Hero Pro sometime in March 2024 and a happy owner. Mr Vivek is easy to communicate with, patient, polite, soft spoken, assuring, and chillax. He is just generally a pleasant person to be with. Arranging for a test ride is easy. I test rode Xpulse, Xpulse pro, and even Harley x440 before making final decision. I was disappointed of the Harley and decided to get Xpulse Pro (the test bike is in good condition, i just don't like Hero Harley X440 but knowing Maverick sharing the platform, i can guarantee that it will be a better bike, just my opinion). Vivek is very responsive in Whatsapp. Documentation wasn't too much of a problem and is clearly mentioned and given. The payment process was also easy. He also has a workshop to service my bike located not too far from the showroom. Vivek's aftersale service is also pretty good and still entertains my WhatsApp, like setting service appointments. Usually, salesperson become unresponsive after sales but not Vivek. I'm a happy owner, and if I would upgrade in the future or if a friend asked for a recommendation, I'll point him to this place. Things to improve: Fine tune the process of bike delivery. I actually have to return the next day to unlock my speedometer and odometer because they forgot to do it. I can't believe I've been riding around without realising my Speedometer isn't working. As a foreigner, I really can't compare the service I've gotten here with other countries as it would be unfair comparison. However, as far as my experience goes, it is bearable and generally good. I'm still waiting for Vivek to invite me into his Hero riding whatsap group.
