2). I had a poor experience during my interaction with the owner, Mr. Safeer Kasib. Even after I shared feedback on his staff and experience with him, there was no response or acknowledgment from his side.
While I still highly recommend this place for anyone planning to buy a new bike due to the efforts of the staff like Mr Jithin.
