I have only one complaint about the showroom: at first, they were installing a damaged backrest without disclosing the damage to me. Later, when we pointed it out, they engaged us in various discussions and paperwork, using the opportunity to install the same damaged part after concealing the damage with touch-up work which I could have never figured out. But one or two days later, I replaced the backrest with the original one, and while keeping it safely, I noticed that it had been touched up. So, I'm deducting two stars for breaking my trust in Hero outlets as a customer.
