Overall, I had a very good experience at this Hero bike showroom. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and helped me understand all the features, mileage, and on-road pricing clearly. The showroom was clean, well-organized, and had a good range of models available for display and test ride.
The buying process was smooth and the delivery was done on time. They also explained the service schedule and warranty details properly. However, the waiting time for paperwork could be a little faster, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
Still, it’s a reliable and customer-friendly showroom for anyone planning to buy a Hero bike.
