I am a customer of your Hero Moto. I had gone for the service of my scooter. When I made a booking at 11 o'clock, they said it would be done today through phone from your number. I was sitting there from 11 o'clock to 3 o'clock. But when I asked him how much more time it would take till 3 o'clock, they refused saying it would not be done today. So if I had said this then they would have refused earlier, but refusing after making me wait till 3 o'clock, what kind of behaviour is this. This will amount to deficiency of service.
