Recently i was travelling from goa to Kolhapur with my xpulse rally , aftr crossing belgavi i had majour counter shaft breakdown problem, of my bike, i went to nagshanti hero service near channama circle, the staff and one guy, his name was pavan, those guys are very rude and egoestic, and dint evn spoke respectfuly or tried to help, worst service centr, then howevr i searchd hero premia on google, and i went there , they were sooo good humble and helpfull, the helpd me, they toed my bike from 10kms to their premia servic hub, best service ever, evn they repaird my bike in just one day, all stafff and mechanics are very professional and polite, and very much helpful, besttttt service i got, thankyou soo much, hero premia 3rd gate,
