I recently bought a Vida VX2 Plus EV scooter from Bimal Hero, Byatarayanapura, and I had a wonderful experience. The hospitality at the showroom was excellent, and the staff explained everything clearly and patiently.
Initially, I was told that the delivery would take about 30 days, but to my surprise, I got the vehicle in just 4 days! That really impressed me.
A special mention to Mr. Devaraj, who attended me throughout the process. He was very professional, polite, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.

Completed my 2nd service for my xpulse 210, they said it will take 2 days but gave the bike back within the same day, great for that. Thank you did complete all my request. Only drawback is regarding the bike wash which was fishy coz bike was full of oil like grese, other than that everything fine.
