I recently purchased the VidaVx2 plus electric scooter from Premia. The delivery process was smooth, and I got the bike in 7 days, despite the initial promise of 3 days. I understand that inventory issues can cause delays, and I'm okay with that.
However, I had a mixed experience with the loan process. I felt that the dealership only offered one loan option, which seemed like a monopoly. It would be great if they could provide multiple options for customers to choose from.
The delivery process was a bit slow, taking 2 hours for the bike to be washed and fitted with number plates. I had to keep asking the staff to move things along, which made me feel like they lacked ownership.
The biggest issue was the helmet. The team member initially said it would be included with the bike, but when I received the bike, they denied it, saying it was a misunderstanding. I think it's unfair to make false commitments, and the agents need better training on what's included in the package. I would have appreciated it if they had included the helmet cost in the total bill, so I could have paid extra for it.
Overall, I think Vida is a great product, and I'm happy with my purchase, but I hope the dealership improves their customer service and communication.
