The location of the service centre is very convenient and easily accessible from Singasandra Metro Station. The staff are very polite and professional. Special mention to Mr. Uday and Yashwanth — both are active and skilled technicians. I’m very happy with all the services provided at the Singasandra Hero Service Centre. Highly recommended!

I took delivery of my Xpulse 210 on 8th October — the bike was delivered within just 4 days of booking, which was impressive. However, there has been no post-delivery support from the showroom. I still haven’t received the number plate or registration number. I missed a call from the RTO as I was travelling, and despite following up twice regarding the number plate, I haven’t received any proper response
