I recently visited the service center for the 1st service of my Hero Glamour X. Here is my honest feedback: Staff Behavior: Without a doubt, the staff members are very polite and well-behaved. Service Quality: Unfortunately, the service quality was not up to the mark. Technical Issues: My 'gear stuck' problem remains unresolved. Moreover, the bike used to start with a single press of the self-start button, but now it takes 2–3 attempts to start. Fuel Efficiency: I am yet to check the mileage after service, so I’ll have to wait and see if there’s any improvement there. Conclusion: Significant improvements are needed in the technical service department. Politeness is appreciated, but the mechanical issues must be fixed properly.
