Excellent staff behaviour...

Had a really pleasant experience at the Hero VIDA showroom this time. The staff were polite, helpful, and much more attentive throughout the visit especially by Sirin who patiently answered my questions and explained the scooter and the available options clearly without making me feel rushed. I especially appreciate the improved customer service compared to my previous experience. (Sirin was absent that day). This visit left me with a much more positive impression of the showroom and the VIDA team. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

Today I purchase Vida VX2 plus from Berhampore Golden automart Hero premia. Very good Experience. There stuff behavior and vida sales woman behavior was very nice. My Vida vx2 purchase decision is a great.
