I visited Bharat Motors to explore the Hero Destiny scooter and I really liked the vehicle—it’s a great option and I was genuinely interested in buying it. However, it was slightly beyond my budget. I didn’t get a chance to interact with the showroom staff, but I must appreciate an IDFC Bank representative ( Mr Pradeep) present there—he was very cooperative, helpful, and guided me properly. Overall, it was a good experience. Just a bit more customer interaction from the showroom staff would make it even better.
