Response to Vendor's False Claims: We are disappointed to see a public post misrepresenting the facts regarding the Republic Day Ride (The India Ride) T-shirt supply. Let us clarify: 1. Quality Issues from Day One: The T-shirts delivered by your team were of extremely poor quality, both in fabric and print. The print started peeling off even before distribution. Several shirts were found damaged, worn out, and completely unfit for an event associated with a premium brand like Harley-Davidson. 2. Documentation & Communication: We had promptly informed your team about the damage and shared photos and videos of the poor quality. Despite this, no action or resolution was taken from your side, showing complete irresponsibility. 3. Out of Goodwill: Even after receiving substandard material, we absorbed most of the loss and distributed the T-shirts to our customers at half the intended price, to avoid embarrassment during the ride. This was done to uphold our reputation, not yours. 4. Payment Status: Over 90% of the payment has already been made to you. We are still holding back the final portion only due to the damaged and unsatisfactory products supplied. In fact, we still have over 12 completely unusable T-shirts with us — a clear indication of the poor quality delivered. 5. Video Misrepresentation: The event video you mentioned does not prove product quality. Just because the shirts appeared in a video doesn’t mean they were in good condition. The footage was part of a pre-planned shoot, and the reality is that many customers themselves raised concerns about the quality. Going forward, we request you to take responsibility for the poor service and product you provided instead of making baseless public accusations. As a professional, we believe in constructive communication — not social media blame games. We have all the evidence documented and are willing to settle this professionally, if you're open to doing the same.
