Visited this showroom in the evening and starting from the entry there was a person sitting in the chair before stairs. He wasn't the security guard but acted rudely and say why are you here and where you want go. Later in the showroom Mr Narinder from financial team helped me. But no person was available to explain me about feature of some bikes. Overall the experience wasn't good. Also for the people looking for other showroom with same name near this location, that other place is just for bike service and there is only 1 hero showroom in industrial area

Unprofessional service. My father had to pay ₹50 extra for UPI for High Security plate. He insisted on sending scanner to his son (me), but they refused the method, didn't gave the option to pay through debit card and forced them to pay cash to another person who paid by UPI. These are Unprofessional ways to earn extra money.
