I had a very good experience at Maha Motors Annanagar service centre . It's been a year since I have purchased my Vida V2 plus and each service has been phenomenal .Once I had some problem in starting the vehicle and when I contacted I was told to seek road side assistance , but I mentioned I didn't have it and that I was near the area .I received assistance and they took the vehicle at no cost .There was no necessity for them to come and could have told so , but they came out of the way and helped .Each service they confirmed what they are going to do , and there was transparency .Be it Shyam or Prem both were wonderful .Mr Solai had been amazing each time .He has always clarified all doubts patiently , even those not related to service .I would give more than 5 stars if possible for this service centre .
