I recently visited a two-wheeler Hero showroom at Pallikaranai and had an overall positive experience with the salesperson name PREM From the moment I walked in, the salesperson greeted me politely and made me feel comfortable I preferred mileage or performance. This helped in suggesting a few suitable bike options instead of showing everything randomly. The salesperson Mr PREM had good knowledge about the vehicles. They explained the mileage, features, pricing, and maintenance clearly. I especially appreciated how they compared different models and helped me understand which bike would be better for my needs. Also, when I asked about discounts and offers, the response could have been more detailed. One thing I liked was that they encouraged me to take a test ride, which made it easier to make a decision. Overall, the experience was good, and the salesperson especially PREM was helpful and professional. A friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who provides a good buying experience.
