Bought Vida VX2 Plus from here...though had to follow-up multiple times, got a good buy experience. Gowthami is highly knowledgeable and was able to guide well in the purchase process. The showroom seems to be low staffed, they need to have more sales assistants to address the walk-in customers. Overall the bike and purchase experience was good.

I took the delivery of xoom 125 today and it was very postive expericne.
I arrived at 10:30 and the scooter was ready for delivery. I was asked to verify and check if there are any scratches, accessories installed as ordered. I did that with my satisfaction
Then papers were given to me - all charges and details explained properly
After completing all paper work, the advisor explained me all scooter functions, showed me everything working ( lights, indicator , meter functions)
The we had a quick customery photo session and a helmet was provided to me.
I was out by 11:30.
Very well organized, courteous staff, very postive experience. Scooter was in immaculate condition - all accessories fitted properly, no scratches, claimed and washed.
