I recently purchased the Xoom 125cc. Overall, the purchase experience was good, but I would like to highlight one important point. The tank capacity and the possibility of petrol overflowing when filling the tank were not explained to us during the delivery. After delivery, we filled around 4.9 litres of petrol, and although the tank capacity is around 5.2 litres, petrol started overflowing while filling. This could have been avoided if we had been properly informed about the recommended filling level and the tank capacity. I would request the team to clearly explain such important details to customers during the vehicle delivery, as it would help avoid confusion and inconvenience. Apart from this, I appreciate the support provided by Mr. Ravichandran and Ms. Janani and would definitely recommend their customer service.

On time delivery and wonderful assistance

I bought X pulse 200 4v pro in Hyderabad. After bringing to Chennai there is an issue with light i visited multiple showrooms in chennai but everyone said i need to replace it with my own money but in mohana moters they checked thoroughly and replaced it under warranty. Staff is very friendly and they explained me very clearly about AMC and helped a lot especially priya madam And entire staff is friendly.
