I would like to share my experience on Hero Premia showroom and service center in Velachery. Sales: I bought Hero Xoom 160 here. Meganathan and Arun are the sales person I discussed with and they guided me in estimate, timeline for delivery and provided regular updates on reaching them. They also provided me which variants can be received at which timeline. Also, finance options are available but that will take another week to process. We had a good experience from payment till delivery and they delivered as promised. Service: This is where I get mixed responses. This center also has other vehicles along with premia vehicles service. The moment when I stepped in service center no one bothered to ask what I came for. I need to keep on waiting and no proper responses for any of my queries. I did my first service here, the service they did on vehicle was fine. But there is no communication and no one picks the call on number provided on job card. Finally reached them in person to get it done. I would say the experience is not what I expected as Premia customer and well below the normal service center.
