I took the bike on loan from L&T, and the EMI and payment process was smoothly handled with the help of Anushya (agent). Gokul, one of the sales executives, explained every detail about the bike extremely well and made the entire process clear and comfortable. Raghul handled the delivery, and he patiently explained all the delivery steps and features of the bike. The moment I took delivery was truly a heartfelt one for me. From booking to delivery, every process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. Overall, an awesome experience and highly satisfied with the service.
