I had a really good experience with Essen Automobiles and wanted to appreciate their service. I have visited this service center twice with my Hero X440. The first time, my bike had an oil seal issue. I had already checked with multiple Hero Premia showrooms in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, but none of them could fix it because they didn’t have the required equipment. However, the team at Essen Automobiles handled the situation very smoothly. They even coordinated with an outside shop to get the job done properly, which I really appreciated. The second time, I went there to replace a bike indicator. I told them clearly that if it could be done within 30 minutes, I would leave the bike there, otherwise I would come back later. The team responded quickly, completed the work on time, and handed the bike back without delay. What stood out the most to me was their clear communication, willingness to help, and practical approach to solving problems. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused bike service in Cuttack. 👍
