The location on Google Maps is not exactly trustworthy. The showroom has better behaved staff than other Hero showrooms in Siliguri. The business isn't really crowded so it's a lot less stress. Also due to the adjoining highway, Test rides are good for experienced riders but offers much risk for those seeking to buy their first ride.

Regarding bike services It is okay. Although all of the staffs are newly appointed. They seemed knowledgeable and well behaved about their job. Bike servicing time is okay. They release the bikes after servicing within given time. Only disappointed about the waiting room.

Service is quick and good, they should have Fans at waiting room.
