I purchased Hero Vida VX2 Plus from Navkar Hero, Dhule. Initially, I was worried about EV after-sales service due to issues faced by other brands. However, after research and test rides, I chose Hero Vida and I’m very happy with my decision. The Navkar service team is excellent, especially Workshop Manager Mr. Ranjit Salunkhe, who has great EV knowledge and explains everything clearly. To my surprise, there were no EVs in the workshop for after-sales issues, which shows the reliability of Hero Vida. Highly recommended showroom and EV brand! ⚡👍
