⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) For PALAL Service near KSRTC EKM. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a showroom and service center. I purchased a new bike with full payment, expecting a smooth and professional process. I clearly requested a fancy number, which requires temporary registration. Despite this, the staff made a serious and unacceptable mistake by applying for permanent registration instead. This is not a minor error it shows complete negligence, lack of knowledge, and zero attention to customer requirements. An apology after the mistake does not fix the damage caused. The only decent part was that they filled around 3/4 tank petrol during delivery, but that is nowhere near enough to compensate for such a major mistake. The situation became even worse during the first service at around 750 km at their service center near KSRTC stand. The service quality was extremely poor and not worth the money paid. Even more concerning was the behavior of the pickup staff they did not have proper ID cards, behaved in an unprofessional and rude manner, and gave a very untrustworthy impression. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about customer safety and management standards. Overall, this showroom and service center lack basic professionalism, proper staff training, and accountability. From purchase to service, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly warn others to think twice before dealing with them. And also the Staff name Shima (kadavanthra showroom sale staff) , Great and Helpful 🤝

Their service was really good and welcoming. Especially Sales representative Surya who accompanied us across the showroom. We purchased destini 125 and the manager provided us corporate employee discount from their end. They were very friendly and also very responsive and assistive.
