Since I purchased the scooter from a showroom in Kozhikode, I expected proper after-sales support, but unfortunately, my experience with some service centres was not satisfactory. I felt that my complaints were not handled properly and that the service quality was below expectations. However, my experience at Mega Motors, Aluva, was completely different, thanks to a manager/supervisor named Hiran. When I explained all the problems I had experienced with my scooter, Hiran listened to me patiently, understood my concerns, and handled everything professionally.
