My Slf is Dr.Jatin Sharma, and for the past 3–4 months I had been getting my bike serviced in Sector 14, Gurgaon, but I was not satisfied with the service quality. I own an Xtreme 125cc bike, and the service experience there was disappointing.
Today, I got my bike serviced at (VPS) Jindal Hero Service Center, located at Bata Chowk, Faridabad, and I must say the experience was excellent.
Mr. Amit Tewatia Ji and another staff member (whose name I unfortunately don’t know) serviced my bike very professionally.
They did a proper and thorough inspection, prepared the estimate in advance, provided transparent billing, and ensured everything was clearly explained. After the service, my bike is running very smoothly, and I'm extremely satisfied. The staff is very cooperative, polite, and professional.
