I was purchased vida I am very happy with the team and dealership

I recently purchased my bike from Aman Automotive – Ghaziabad Premia Showroom, and I must say that my experience with the sales team was excellent — 10/10. A special thanks to Shiva, who was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the purchase. The entire team was great, and I really appreciated the delivery experience and celebration. Everything from the sales side was handled very well. However, I would like to highlight one important concern. If a customer is purchasing a premium X-Premia bike, I strongly feel that the service experience should also be premium and handled separately/differently. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was very disappointing. I am sharing this review because I genuinely appreciate the sales team, but at the same time, I believe the service experience needs serious improvement. Sales Team: 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service Experience: Very disappointing I hope the management looks into this issue and works towards providing X-Premia customers with the level of service they expect from a premium purchase. That’s all from my end. Thank you to Shiva and the sales team for making the purchase experience a good one.

From the first interaction to the delivery, the entire team was professional, supportive, and welcoming. The staff explained everything clearly, helped me throughout the buying process, and made the delivery experience really special. The coordination and customer service were impressive, and there was no unnecessary hassle. A special thanks to the entire Premia team for making my Harley-Davidson purchase a memorable experience.
