Jashoda Service Centre provides a good overall service experience. I really appreciate a few things about their process: * The service is done number-wise, so there is no favouritism or confusion about whose bike will be taken first. * Before changing any parts, the owner is informed, which is a very good practice. * They call the owner the next day to take feedback about the service. * There is also a proper waiting area for customers. However, I would like to suggest a few improvements that can make the customer experience even more 100% tension-free. It would be great if customers could be allowed to see their bike during the service, with proper arrangements so that the work can be completed faster. Number-wise servicing is fair, but sometimes it takes quite a lot of time. Also, servicing should be a complete inspection—not just changing oil or replacing parts. Every important part of the bike should be properly checked, including tyre pressure and other basic maintenance points. The bike washing and cleaning also needs improvement. After service, the bike should be properly washed and cleaned from inside and outside, without any dust or dirt left behind. The overall finishing should feel like a properly serviced bike. I am sure if you work on these few points, Jashoda Service Centre can provide an even better and more satisfying customer experience.
