I recently purchased Harley X440 from Singla Mobikes Hero premia showroom after test riding it 3 to 4 times on different days - complete staff including the owner were very polite and supportive from day one itself (special mention to Sucheta Mam, who was very patient in guiding and supporting through-out this long process, as there are so many bikes to compare in this space) - they offered very competitive price from very start itself and suggested better options like online booking (and helped during that booking process as well, even late night message replies on concerns -- which made process hassle free and transparent) - online different color was offered against the showroom, but there also Sucheta mam supported and helped in booking that available color online but ordering for me the color I wanted, which is again v v commendable .. - almost all the bike assesories are available for day one including touring seat, guards, windshield etc. - post bike delivery as well, the number plate was made available in just 1 to 2 days only and there is no need to submit the RC related documents in your home town outside Gurgaon, they do it themselves only and try to keep complete experience very good .. So, it has been very good purchase experience for me overall. Thanks and kudos to the team 🙏👍 FYI -- initially showroom was undergoing renovation or work in under construction building as there was some incident mentioned in earlier showroom, that was interim phase only, but during later visits when shifting and work completed showroom is in very neat and clean and premium state ..

I tried calling service staffs on provided no. Many times in Evening but no response , at last I selected sales option but his ( sales guy who answered call) taking way was rude as why I called him. And again I called him, what number further he provided was unavailable.
