​I recently visited with my 2014 Hero Glamour BS-IV model. Even though my bike is quite old, the team handled it with great care and did a fantastic job. The staff’s behavior was professional, and the AC waiting area made the stay comfortable. ​My total servicing bill came to Rs. 12,300, which included major work like the engine compressor, self motor, and replacing both front and back tyres with tubes. While the quality of work was excellent, I feel that the additional costs and parts prices are a bit on the higher side. ​What really stood out was their after-sales service. I noticed a minor issue 10 days later, and when I took it back, they resolved it promptly with the same care at no additional cost. Overall, a highly reliable place if you don't mind spending a little extra for peace of mind.
