I recently visited Sapience Automobiles (Hero Motocorp) in Hojai for the servicing of my Hero Pleasure Plus, and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
✔ Service Quality
They solved an issue in my scooty that other workshops could not fix. Their service process was very professional:
• Initial washing and cleaning
• Complete servicing
• Detailed check-up and diagnosis
• Final polishing
✔ Staff Behaviour
The staff members were polite, respectful, and very customer-friendly.
✔ Honest Billing
The billing amount they charged was exactly the same as the amount shown in the official SMS sent to my registered mobile number. Many shops charge more than the SMS amount, but Sapience Automobiles was completely honest.
✔ Cleanliness & Environment
The service area was clean, well-maintained, and professionally organized.
Overall, I had an excellent experience with Sapience Automobiles.
I highly recommend them for both servicing and purchasing vehicles.

All staff are good especially Aditya Bose very good behaviour all staff good, except battery charging staff very rude don't know how to talk with customer I have told him to charge my battery but he said no,he thinks he is the owner of the showroom very rude behaviour.
