I had a very good experience with Hero Prima. Special thanks to Mr. Jiani (Work Manager) for his excellent support and service. Very kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The staff were also very cooperative and provided good service, especially regarding my clutch work.

I recently purchased the VIDA VX2 Go, and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The scooter looks stylish, offers a smooth and comfortable ride, and has been a great choice for my daily travel. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Manikanta, the sales executive, for his excellent support and guidance throughout the purchase process. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining all the features and details. He made the entire buying experience smooth and hassle-free. Thank you, Manikanta, and the entire VIDA team for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended! 👍

Do you guys still have the stock or selling xpulse 200T?

Bought my vehicle Harley Davidson X440 D from Jubilee Hills. I hit a snag and Nazir helped me out a lot in Hero Premia Gachibowli. Awesome service.

Worst experience. They treat customers like liars and cheaters. GM of the showroom mr.hari is least bothered about the completion of sales process. I purchased bike and till now they are not bothered to complete its permanent registration. He will not pick up the call also. And also they have not fulfilled the delivery of accessories they promised along with the bike. Hero premia should stop handling sales of harley davidson. They are not well trained to treat and handle premium customers. Useless team.

Went only to check out Vida electric, unfortunately only Vida Go is only on display(2nd show room visit). Customer interaction is ok. Booking to delivery time haven't asked though I'm adding quotation as on 23 may 2026, just to avoid heavy traffic for you at Vida Premia. Overall showroom visit experience: Good

Yeah , it's awe

Good Experiance in buying the bike.

Good experience

Hero Premia store 🏍️

I recently took delivery of my vehicle from Hero Premia and today marks one month since my purchase. I would like to share my experience which has been truly excellent. From the very first meeting the support and guidance I received were outstanding. Even during my first visit everything was explained clearly and the service has remained consistent ever since. Today when I came for my T/R process it was handled very smoothly and in a completely hassle free manner. I really appreciate that the team never made me feel stressed or inconvenienced. A special thanks to Ather who assisted me throughout the entire process. His product knowledge communication skills and professional approach were truly impressive. Initially I was not fully convinced about buying this vehicle and was considering other options. However Ather’s convincing approach and the way he explained everything gave me confidence in my decision and today I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Nice experience from this showroom, good response from mr.ather

I purchased my Harley Davidson bike from Hero Premia Today as on Ugadi and I’m happy with the overall experience. The service here is excellent. Especially Ather he is a great guy who provided proper and detailed information about the bike. His knowledge and experience were clearly reflected in the way he explained everything. I truly felt confident while understanding the vehicle through him. I would highly recommend this showroom to everyone and I suggest meeting Ather personally for the best experience.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Harley-Davidson X440T from the PREMIA – Gachibowli showroom in Hyderabad. The entire journey from visiting the showroom to taking delivery of the bike happened on the same day, and it was truly memorable for me and my family. I visited the showroom around 1 PM, just to explore the bike and understand more about it. From the moment I entered, Ateeb sir assisted me with great professionalism and patience. He explained every detail about the Harley-Davidson X440T, answered all my questions, and made the entire selection process very smooth and comfortable. By around 3 PM, I had finalized the bike because the experience and support from Ateeb sir made the decision easy. Throughout the process, Ather sir was also very helpful and ensured that all the documentation and delivery arrangements were handled quickly and efficiently. What really impressed me was the team’s dedication to making sure I could take delivery the same day. Thanks to the excellent coordination and effort by Ateeb sir and Ather sir, I was able to take delivery of my bike by 6 PM. The delivery moment was very special for me and my family.
