Bought my vehicle Harley Davidson X440 D from Jubilee Hills. I hit a snag and Nazir helped me out a lot in Hero Premia Gachibowli. Awesome service.

Worst experience. They treat customers like liars and cheaters. GM of the showroom mr.hari is least bothered about the completion of sales process. I purchased bike and till now they are not bothered to complete its permanent registration. He will not pick up the call also. And also they have not fulfilled the delivery of accessories they promised along with the bike. Hero premia should stop handling sales of harley davidson. They are not well trained to treat and handle premium customers. Useless team.

Went only to check out Vida electric, unfortunately only Vida Go is only on display(2nd show room visit). Customer interaction is ok. Booking to delivery time haven't asked though I'm adding quotation as on 23 may 2026, just to avoid heavy traffic for you at Vida Premia. Overall showroom visit experience: Good
