Exceptional Service of making the customer feel like shit and leave. 5 stars for the worst service. Congrats. I had the the opportunity to experience the absolute worst when I just walked in to buy a bike. Beware of a sales person named Smitha. or Smithi. I couldn't read how she wrote her name. The only thing I had the opportunity of experiencing good courtesy is the "Hello, Sir" part. When we wanted to enquire about test rides, she responded sarcastically, asking, “Are we supposed to sit here giving test rides for every bike?” This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in a showroom, where customers should be encouraged to test ride a vehicle before making a purchase decision. A test ride is a normal and reasonable request from a potential customer, not a favour that the staff should make us feel guilty about asking for. Their behaviour was disrespectful and left us with a very poor impression of the showroom. If you don't have enough decency and patience to even explain the customer about the product, you shouldn't take up the job. Even in the quote given below, the calculations are incorrect. Trying to scam the customers by quoting them with hidden charges. Customer service matters just as much as the product itself. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a professional and customer-friendly buying experience. Fellow buyers who seriously want to visit the store, save your precious time and money. Hero should seriously look into the way its showroom staff treat potential customers. Absolutely disappointing! Should have read the reviews first 🤮. They created a new profile after this one got bombarded with the worst ratings. Phoenix Hero Premia. Same same.. DON'T VISIT THIS STORE.🤮🤮🤮
