Engine done good service done by phoenix hero

I visited this place for enquiry of a electric scooter. I was explained well about the scooter, was offered a test ride etc. I wish I would have remembered the executive name to mention in this review. I was so exited because, the same day I visited access & tvs outlets also and had a pathetic experience. In one outlet sales executive says there is no service required for EV scooters and the battery life is my life time. I was surprised/ worried for such a long battery life time / my life time tobe as short as battery life time. I asked couple of questions for which they answered, you need to see all those things on net before coming for purchase. But Have a different and wonderful experience at hero phoenix motors hitech City branch. Thank you for explaining me well to my understanding to call a call on should I go for EV or not. Thanks once again
