Visited service centre as my Xpulse 200 4v 2022 model was stopping suddenly and self start doesn't work or the kick start. When I took to the service centre the first time. They said it's a battery issue, so I replaced the battery. Even then it gave me trouble for next 2 weeks.
Later when I went 2nd time, Mosin Pasha manager checked it personally and informed me it was a fuel pump issue and asked me to sit for 3 hrs and he will replace the part 7k for free as bike is still under warranty. Now my issue is resolved. Bike is running smoothly without any trouble.
Thank you very much Mosin Pasha and Hero team. Hope the you maintain the food service quality in future too.
Only issue is, which they diagnosed it was fuel pump issue in the first time itself so I wouldn't have had headache for new few days. But thankfully it's fine now 👌🙌

Geetha automobiles is one of the main hero showrooms in Hyderabad. I had recently visited for the much awaited xpulse 210 where only in this shop is available in North Hyderabad. The area is in the centre of suchitra, and the staff are polite and get a quotation after test drive but on con is they won't allow double people test drive with pillion. Apart from that experience is good.
