I purchased a Glamor X 125 bike today and took delivery, but after reaching home I noticed a sound coming from the front side of the vehicle. Even though I had already taken the out pass, I returned to the showroom. The staff immediately checked the bike and, without any argument or delay, replaced it with another perfectly good bike. Special thanks to salesperson Antia for being very supportive, polite, and professional throughout the process. This kind of customer service really builds trust. Highly satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this showroom.
