I purchased my xpulse 200 4V Pro from Venkanna motors. I heard a lot about hero showrooms not being great and experienced it first hand with other hero centres. But right from the first phone call I made, I was pleasantly surprised Mr. Srinivas garu and Mr. Ravi were kind enough to guide me and help with the purchase. Once the payment is done and then the next process of delivery of the vehilce is very slow and we need to to third floor 3 times for collecting the papers and during the delievry they even wont wash the bike untill we ask to clean the vehicle with water and after the delievry the service person will ask for money if we give some amount then he wnt satisfied untill we give some certain amount until he feels happy, also they provide the accessories but for that we need visit twice to the showroom and funny point is they dont have the large pins to pin the seat cover
