I purchased destini 125 VX from them. I received the latest stock and there are no technical issues with the vehicle. However their transparency towards customer is completely unsatisfactory. I observed much lack of communication among the showroom staff. Sales executive commits something different and manager commits something different. If you plan to buy a vehicle from here make sure to get everything in writing first. Moreover, in the name of original accessories they installs very low quality items. I am not sure if Hero directly supplies such low quality parts or if its at the dealer level but the quality of parts needs to improve. You can easily find much better quality accessories in the local market at half the price.
