Heartfelt Thanks to Tawi Automobiles, Hero Motocorp Jammu
I own a Hero Xpulse 200 (2021), bought mainly for my love of off-roading. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the service at Jainco Hero Rehari — poor customer support and unresolved issues right from the beginning.
Later, my bike developed throttle-related issues. Jainco kept it for almost a month and returned it without resolving the problem, even blaming me for a meter issue. That’s when someone recommended Tawi Automobiles, and honestly, they completely changed my perception of Hero’s after-sales service.
From start to finish, the team at Tawi handled everything professionally and respectfully. Special thanks to Sunil ji, who coordinated everything over phone calls and still ensured perfect service, and Dev Raj ji for making my bike feel brand new again.
Tawi Automobiles truly understands what customer service means. If I ever buy a Hero bike again, it’ll be only because of their service. A big salute from my side — you’ve earned a loyal customer!

Absolutely delighted with the service at the Hero Service Center! The staff was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. My Xpulse 210 was serviced with care and attention to detail. They explained everything clearly, It feels smoother.
