Best experience and best delivery by hero given all information properly But the service after sale is not considerable at unique hero-premia service centre kolhapur. They worst service, and unprofessional behavior of staff.they do not any explanation and rude behavior. My first servicing experience is worst and they are treating me like I am nothing to them.The unique premia-hero servicecenter has worst service in kolhapur.

The bike and its performance are excellent, but the experience at the time of purchase was extremely disappointing. I did not receive satisfactory answers from the sales team during the buying process. The bike was delivered much later than the promised time, and overall the experience with the sales team was very poor. Among the staff, the salesman named Siddhant did a good job, but I did not receive any positive response or cooperation from the rest of the staff and the manager.
