Very good service।।

My first EV bike purchase was a wonderful experience. The buying process was smooth, and the staff were helpful and supportive. I am excited to start my journey with my new electric bike and look forward to a great riding experience.

Nice experience!!

Very good

My overall experience at SMSG Premia was satisfactory. The showroom has a decent setup, staff responsiveness is good. Little bit improvement required in transparency regarding pricing, documentation, and delivery timelines would help build greater customer trust. I would recommend for future more proactive customer updates, and improved coordination in delivery process. Overall customer satisfaction is very good. Overall, I hope SMSG Premia focuses on continuous service improvement and provides a more professional and customer-centric experience.

Excellent service thanks to Sagnik

Very good service & very well behavior of staffs. They are very supportive & helpful. I am happy to purchase new scooty from them.

I suggestion is to provide proper cleaned vehicle during handover. Trisha helped us alot during all the process.
