The Hero showroom offers a decent selection of bikes, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. One of the major issues is the unavailability of spare parts. If you need something replaced or repaired, there’s no guarantee they’ll have it in stock, which can be very inconvenient, especially if you rely on your bike for daily use.Customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a top priority. The staff isn’t always proactive in resolving issues, and follow-ups are rare. Sometimes you have to keep reminding them about pending work, which becomes frustrating over time.Another disappointing aspect is the behavior of some of the workers. Even though they are salaried employees, they often ask for “extra tips” for simple tasks like attaching a side stand or adjusting small parts. While tipping can be a kind gesture, it should never feel like an expectation or obligation in a professional showroom setting.Overall, the showroom does its job in terms of sales and basic service, but it needs serious improvement in customer care, spare parts management, and employee professionalism. With a few changes, it could offer a much better experience for customers.
