I transported my scooter (Duet) from Chennai to Melur recently for my dad's use. there was fuel leak and carburetor needed replacement. I contacted Mr. Manikandan via phone, he was very polite in his response and made arrangements for the spare as it was not readily available. He provided free pick up / drop and refused when we offered to pay for it.
Overall very good customer service and highly recommended.
