In my experience, the sales staff, including Selvi, gave promises that were not followed at all — they said only the first-service oil would be charged, but at service they did just a water wash, demanded extra payments didn’t support warranty issues, and the promised gift was never given. Overall, this was the worst and most unprofessional bike-buying experience I have had.”
