Recently purchased a Hero Xtreme 125R from this showroom. The overall experience was smooth and professional.
The vehicle was allotted within a day after clearing the payment, with no nonsense, no false promises, and clear timelines — something I really appreciated.
RTO registration was completed in just 2 days, which was very swift.
Special mention to Nelson, who was helpful and responsive throughout the purchase process.
The only hiccup I faced was on the delivery day. One of the panels had scratches, but it was replaced promptly once I raised the issue. Additionally, the delivery team needs to be more careful while cleaning the bike — the cloth used left visible scratches and swirl marks on the coloured instrument cluster, which were clearly noticeable under direct sunlight.
Apart from that, the entire buying process was good and hassle-free. I hope they continue improving these small details and maintaining their overall service quality.
