My Harley X440 buying experience at Rydex Motors was good - the process was smooth, and the staff was helpful.
However, I was expecting RSA (Roadside Assistance) coverage for 2 years as promised at the time of purchase, but I received only 1 year instead. Additionally, the service department took longer than I anticipated; for my first service, I had to wait 3 days to get my vehicle back. The supply chain management for spares, essential parts, and oil could be improved to reduce such delays.
There is definitely room for improvement in these areas to enhance the overall customer experience.
Overall, Rydex Motors is a decent option for buying and servicing motorcycles, but it’s important to verify the benefits and be prepared for some wait times during service.
