I would like to commend the technical team, particularly Mr. Sadam and Mr. Azar, who were very helpful and provided valuable assistance regarding vehicle services, guiding me on necessary and recommended actions. The technicians are excellent in their support.
However, I did experience some challenges with the management aspect. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service centre via their official number, calls weren't answered, and vehicle details weren't communicated effectively. This led to a wait time of about 2 hours, as I was informed they would call once my vehicle was ready, but due to the lack of communication, I had to visit the centre earlier than expected.
Overall, the experience is quite good, with the service quality being satisfactory thanks to the efforts of the technical team like Mr. Azar and Mr. Sadam. Improvement in communication and management responsiveness could further enhance the customer experience."
