Here is a breakdown of my experience: Ambience & Location: The showroom is situated right on the road front, making it very easy to locate. The overall ambience is quite good—it feels modern and well-maintained. Seating: The sitting arrangement for customers is decent, though there is definitely room for improvement to make it more comfortable for visitors waiting for consultations. Staff & Service:.The sales team appeared quite lazy and lacked proactiveness. As a customer, I didn't feel properly assisted. There was a lack of enthusiasm

The showroom staff is polite and I recommend Mr. Shekhar for your assistance and guidance. I got my first motorcycle from here which is an xpulse 210 and it’s been a joyful, comfortable and a happy experience owning this dual sport machine. The service isn’t up to the mark as there is no clear coordination between the service and sales branch, they do not pay attention to the needs of the customer after selling their product, my bike’s service was also done poorly and rest things were not expected by such a reputed brand like hero. That’s something which is a downfall here rest everything is great. Improvement in customer calls and provision of accessories along with proper software error solutions is required.
