I recently went to Shivang Hero for bike servicing, and my experience was average. While the mechanics were skilled and did a decent job servicing my bike, the unavailability of spare parts caused delays. The bike washing was excellent, and the labor did a thorough job cleaning it. However, the staff's rude behavior and lack of helpfulness were disappointing, making the overall experience less pleasant. If they improved customer service and kept parts in stock, it could be a much better place
