Good service

Arvind BAJAJ sir thank you so much for your cooperative support and warm welcome in your showroom so grateful to meet you and purchasing a new XMR from showroom HERO ARC MOTORS PVT LTD. Very thankful for support once again.

Experience is very good and the staff behaviour is a 10

I recently purchased a Hero Splendor (Disc variant) from ARC Motors, Okhla Phase 2, and the overall buying experience was exceptional. A special mention and sincere appreciation for sales executive Ms. Karishma. She demonstrated outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge throughout the entire process. From the initial inquiry and documentation to the final delivery, she ensured everything was handled smoothly, transparently, and on schedule. The entire team at the dealership was efficient and welcoming. I highly recommend ARC Motors to anyone planning to purchase a Hero two-wheeler, and I strongly recommend connecting with Ms. Karishma for a seamless, hassle-free experience.
