I just picked up my new Xpulse 210 from Shegal Hero, and I’m so happy with how everything went! The whole team was great, but I have to give a huge shout-out to Vanshika Gill. She was fantastic and super helpful from start to finish.
Vanshika answered all my questions about the bike and the paperwork without making anything complicated. She made the entire buying process totally stress-free. The delivery was quick, and she even walked me through all the cool features of my new Xpulse. Seriously, the customer service here is on another level.
