I have send vehicle hero vida1 for 3rd free service. Now today 21 December and it's 4 th I didn't get the vehicle after service. They are telling me that some software update is pending, didn't know why it is taking so long. My experience is that, they didn't call for feedback, I came to know situation when I call for follow up. Mixed experience.
