Thanks Hero for launching Premia. Because of this now the service is done very fast and on priority for premium hero motorcycles. Earlier it used to take 5-6 hours to get even normal service. Now major works are done in 2-3 hours. Good experience for service at premia Wagholi.

Except for looooong waiting time for Xoom 160 i have nothing to complain about.Mr. Deshmukh helped me throuhg my complete sales process and he was genuine from day one. They didnt pressure me for anything like extended warranty, accessories etc. I even bought my insurance on my own.Delivery experience was good. Talking about service experience...first service was done very properly and they only charge me for engine oil and nothing else. They even sanded my brake pads in the service. Scooter had coolant leakage issue on day 15 due to broken thermostat o-ring. They replaced thermostat and temp sensor under warranty without any conditions and delivere my completely repaired by in 4 days(quite quick for xoom 160 considering it being a new launch). Overall im happy with the epxperience Mokha Autoriders have given me as a customer. And about the scooter...it's a damn good machine. My office commute now feels like a joy rather than a burden.

I had come to the service Center to get a small part change and however the service Center was closed on Thursday however Robin realised that i came from a distance and he was very courteous to specially open the doors of the service Center and get the part fixed for me. I truly appreciate their service and respecting my time. Very happy with their service. Thank you
