I had booked Vida Dirt E K3 kids bike and had selected mokha autoriders premia as dealer in pune. The delivery experience was one of memorable for me and my family. The unboxing ceremony, cake cutting and they ensured to make the child feel that this is their most special day which was great. My kid was excited and he was more happy the way our time unfolded at the showroom. Special mention to Balasaheb deshmukh sir and vida team of dirt e bike. The bike functions etc was explained nicely too. Since the box was too large for my sedan boot vida team assisted in booking porter. Overall great level of professionalism and enthusiasm was evident among the sales and support of vida team. Keep it up ! I also took helmet as necessary for kids protection as an accessories.
