I recently got my Hero Xtreme serviced at New Friends Hero Service Centre, and I am very satisfied with the experience. The staff was professional, courteous, and explained the service work clearly. The service was completed on time, and my bike now feels much smoother and better to ride. The technicians did a thorough job, checked all important components, and ensured everything was in proper working condition. The service center was well-organized, and the overall customer experience was excellent. I would highly recommend New Friends Hero Service Centre to other Hero bike owners looking for reliable and quality service. Keep up the good work!

Service worker are so lazy

Overall experience at the Hero service showroom was satisfactory. The staff behavior was polite and cooperative. The service process was smooth and completed on time. Mechanics explained the issues properly, and the bike performance improved after servicing. The customer lounge facility and cleanliness were also good. However, there is still some scope for improvement in spare parts availability. As per the notice, the showroom opening time is 8:30 AM, but usually the shop opens around 9:00 AM, which creates confusion among customers. Kindly update the timing displayed in front of the shop or ensure timely opening. Also, bike washing and polishing service was average and needs improvement. Thank you !
